Our little guy doesn’t make it on here enough but this post is just for him.
We got Rocco as a Christmas gift for Bella two years ago and he has been such a big part of our family. I will confess I declared myself as “not a dog person” for years until Rocco came around. Like a typical Schnauzer, he is very active, is all over the place and NEEDS 5000 hugs and kisses a day. He sleeps the funniest ways and our girls are pretty much obsessed with him. Bella cannot be without him and Cami is so entertained by everything he does.
So today for our crazy little puppy we are sharing 3 ways to show him our love.
- Keep them groomed. I kid you not, Lester loves cutting his hair and bathing him and of course, we love a clean puppy. He runs around and loves all the attention he gets. He also loves himself. He looks in the mirror all the time. We think you are pretty cute too Rocco.
- Give them a special place to eat. Since he was little we designated an area of the house just for him. He has his bowls there and a cute little mat that keeps his place clean. Just like us, they love to have their own little space
- Lastly, find the food they love. Rocco is a Shcounzer which means we have to be extra careful with his food. Food that’s high in fat does not work for him. We introduced Purina® Beneful® Grain Free with Farm Raised Chicken and he has loved it. It keeps him running and being the playful puppy we know and love. As Hispanics, we sometimes tend to give regular food to our dogs and that is something we do not do with Rocco. We want him healthy and know the best food for his tummy. We can count that every bag of Beneful is made in the USA by people who are committed to providing our dogs great quality food. Click here to shop our dog food.
We love our puppy and look forward to watch him grow as a healthy puppy. We love that Purina® Beneful® Grain Free with Farm Raised Chicken gives us the opportunity to see our boy grow.
How do you make your puppy feel extra special?
