
Where are all my Oat lovers?
Oats is one of that food that you either love or hate and I’m a lover! I love eating them and now thanks to TikTok and Pinterest we can all try new ways to eat them!
When I was pregnant with Bella I started eating oats from McDonald’s and till this day they are probably my favorite thing from Mc besides their coke!
That said, with the new year already in month 3 (can you believe we are in March already) it’s time to work harder on our goals! In these testing times where food is going up like there is no tomorrow is good to have a base, such as oatmeal, that’s not expensive and it’s healthy and very versatile!
So, let’s get to the delicious recipe!
The best part is you can add your favorite flavorings, fruit, and toppings!
Ingredients:
1/2 of Oats
2TBS Chia seeds
1 Cup Oatmilk ( Our favorite is Planet Oat)
Toppings:
Almond butter (OR Pb too)
Tasty shakes (this is key for us to keep the sugar at a minimum.)
Cinnamon
Fruit (I vary from apples to bananas)
Directions:
This is the easiest ever! You only need a mason jar and drop it all in there close the lid and done!
Notes:
If you have not tried Tasty Shakes you are missing on life! They are amazing! We have a huge collection and love it!
